St. Croix Hospice in Wisconsin is seeking a licensed Music Therapist to integrate musical experiences into end-of-life care and support patients and families with dignity and comfort.
You will implement care plans, assess patient response, educate the care team, and document sessions while maintaining HIPAA compliance. This full-time role offers a standard schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
