St. Croix Hospice in La Crosse, WI is seeking a dedicated Music Therapist to support end‑of‑life care through individualized therapy plans. You will assess patients, implement therapeutic interventions, and document outcomes to improve comfort and quality of life.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in music therapy, MT‑BC certification, and compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and ongoing professional development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited music therapy program with bachelor’s degree in music therapy.
• Board Certified Music Therapist (MT‑BT) or MT‑BC equivalent.
• National Music Therapy Registry or equivalent credential.
• Membership in American Music Therapy Association or equivalent certifying body.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug testing.
• Provide music therapy per plan of care; assess patients and determine effectiveness.
