Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Green Bay, WI is seeking a compassionate Music Therapist to enrich patient care through personalized musical interventions.

You will provide therapy per care plans, assess outcomes, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support dignity, comfort, and emotional wellbeing. This full-time role offers a schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) match, and opportunities for tuition

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited music therapy program with bachelor's degree in music therapy.
• Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) or equivalent national certification.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report, and drug test.
• Provide music therapy per plan of care; assess patients and determine effectiveness.
• Educate team, maintain HIPAA compliance, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement.

QualificationsMusic Therapist Requirements & Core Responsibilities:

• Or another national organization that certifies, registers, or accredits Music Therapists.
