St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Music Therapist to provide compassionate, patient-centered music therapy within the care team. You will assess patients, implement therapeutic interventions, and document sessions while upholding HIPAA and contributing to quality improvement efforts.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Music Therapy and applicable certifications; you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being for patients and families.
