Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Black River Falls, WI is seeking a compassionate Music Therapist to deliver therapy per plan of care and support patients' emotional, physical, and spiritual comfort. The role involves assessments, interventions, and documentation, with an 8:00am–5:00pm schedule in a full-time position.

You will educate the care team, maintain HIPAA compliance, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to help improve quality of life for patients and families during end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Music from an accredited school.
• Able to pass background, consumer report, and drug test.
• Provide music therapy per plan of care; assess patients and determine effectiveness.
• Educate team, maintain HIPAA compliance, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.

Music Therapist Requirements & Core Responsibilities:
