Job summary

• Experience at a higher education institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, on‑call, and remote support for music technology systems, DAWs, hardware, and classroom tech.
• Conduct semesterly software and hardware testing and train staff on new installations.
• Assist events with setup, operation, troubleshooting, and breakdown of tech equipment.
• Maintain records of facility use and issues using databases and web apps.
• Supervise Student Employees and train new staff on policies and procedures.
