Responsibilities

• Electronic file creation and maintenance.
• Phone and email correspondence on behalf of the Music Office.
• Mail pickup and delivery.
• Organization of materials in the Music Office and copy room.
• Continuing administrative tasks initiated by the ASC.
• Coordinating weekly work schedule with the ASC and entering monthly schedule.
• Submitting timesheet hours for approval at the end of each month.
• In-person support for Music Office walk-ins.
• Other duties as assigned.
