Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Electronic file creation and maintenance including scanning and organizing files.
• Phone and email correspondence for the Music Office.
• Mail pickup and delivery.
• Organizing materials in the Music Office and copy room.
• Coordinate weekly work schedule with the ASC and input hours into MS Shifts.
