Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment, including Ceremony of Roses, seeks a Licensing and Retail Coordinator to support product development, submissions, and administrative tasks within a dynamic, music-focused team. You will help coordinate licensing projects, track samples, and prepare pitch materials for retail partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of product development, contract management, and royalty reporting experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product submissions for CoR Artists Licensed Merchandise and Retail.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial team, including scheduling and note-taking.
• Track artist samples and manage inventory across the roster.
• Manage digital assets and ensure secure and accessible file links.
• Create compelling pitch documents and materials highlighting retail opportunities.
