Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, licensing, retail operations, or related field.
  • Experience with project/approval platforms (Asana, Wrike, Mediabox or similar).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate band/brand submissions and approvals with the Retail Project Manager.
  • Track submission status in Asana and internal tracking documents.
  • Prepare and process submission packages for licensor review.
  • Communicate submission deadlines and status to sales team and licensors.
  • Follow up with licensors to avoid delays and flag issues.
  • Maintain license tracking database and brand guides.
  • Organize and file project documents for easy retrieval.
  • Support meetings and trade show preparation as directed by the Retail Project Manager.
