Job summary

Guitar Center's Lessons department is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to ensure a great experience for every student. You will sell lesson and rehearsal packages, answer questions, and provide tours of the Lessons facility.

The right candidate combines collaboration, strong communication, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while helping grow the lesson program and maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to connect with customers.
• Ability to build relationships with students and parents.
• Comfort with selling lessons and tours of facilities.

Responsibilities

• Sell lesson packages and rehearsal space to prospective students.
• Assist customers with questions and provide tours of the Lessons facility.
• Increase student count within the lesson program and promote retention.
• Maintain curriculum sales information and support additional duties as assigned.
