Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Lessons Lead to ensure a great customer and student experience by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, answering questions, and giving tours of the Lessons facility.

The role emphasizes guiding instructors, scheduling, curriculum growth, and maintaining smooth operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction or related roles.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Increase the student count within the lesson program by driving and maintaining sales and promotional programs.
• Sell rehearsal space and manage lesson packages.
• Communicate with parents and students to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide guidance to instructors on schedules and availability.
• Maintain and increase curriculum sales and ensure systems function properly.
