Job summary

Guitar Center is looking for a Lessons Associate to ensure an excellent customer experience by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, answering questions, and guiding tours of the Lessons facility.

They seek team players with strong collaboration, customer focus, and communication skills to increase student enrollment while maintaining curriculum sales information and providing positive student experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 5lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell lesson packages and rehearsal space to prospective students.
• Assist customers with questions and provide tours of the Lessons facility.
• Increase the student count within the lesson program by maintaining professional instruction and encouraging retention and referrals.
• Sell curriculum and lesson information to customers.
• Provide a positive experience for students by tailoring pacing to their needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
