Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Lessons Associate to ensure a great experience for customers and students, selling lesson and rehearsal packages, answering questions, and giving tours of the Lessons facility.

Ideal candidates will help increase student numbers, maintain curriculum information, and deliver personalized pacing to each student while supporting a positive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to connect with students and parents to ensure a positive experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in scheduling and sales.

Responsibilities

• Increase student count by delivering engaging instruction and maintaining a professional appearance to encourage retention.
• Sell lesson packages and rehearsal space to prospective students.
• Maintain curriculum sales information and track student progress.
• Provide a positive, paced experience tailored to each student.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
