Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Lessons Associate to ensure a great experience for customers and students by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, answering questions, and giving tours of the Lessons facility.

You will contribute by increasing student counts, maintaining curriculum sales information, and tailoring pacing to each student’s needs, with duties including assisting customers and performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage customers and explain lesson options.
• Comfort selling lesson packages and rehearsal space.
• Willingness to lift up to 5lbs.

Responsibilities

• Increase student count by maintaining professional instruction and appearance to encourage student retention and recommendations.
• Sell lesson packages and rehearsal space to prospective students.
• Maintain curriculum sales information.
• Provide a positive experience by accommodating pacing to the student’s needs and providing positive reinforcement.
• Additional duties as assigned.
