Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking a Lessons Associate to ensure an excellent customer and student experience by selling lesson and rehearsal packages and guiding tours of the Lessons facility.

You will help grow enrollment, maintain curriculum sales data, and deliver positive reinforcement to students in a fast-paced environment. A passion for music and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 5lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Increase the student count within the lesson program by maintaining professional instruction and appearance.
• Sell lesson packages and rehearsal space to prospective students.
• Maintain curriculum sales information.
• Provide a positive experience for students by adjusting pacing to their needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
