Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. in Emeryville seeks a friendly Lessons Associate to ensure a great experience for customers and students by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, answering questions, and providing tours of the Lessons facility.

You will focus on increasing student count, maintaining curriculum sales information, and delivering tailored pacing and positive reinforcement, with additional duties as assigned. The role requires strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Increase student count within the lesson program by providing professional instruction and appearance.
• Sell lesson packages and rehearsal space to prospective students.
• Maintain curriculum sales information and keep records current.
• Provide a positive experience by adjusting pacing to student needs and offering positive reinforcement.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
