Job summary

Guitar Center seeks a Lessons Lead to ensure an outstanding experience for customers and students, selling lesson and rehearsal packages, answering questions, and giving tours of the Lessons facility.

The role requires leadership, customer focus, and strong communication to guide instructors, manage schedules, and grow curriculum sales, while maintaining smooth operations. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Increase the student count within the lesson program by driving and maintaining sales and promotional programs.
• Sell rehearsal space and communicate with parents and students for a positive experience.
• Provide guidance to instructors on schedules and coordinate lessons with instructor availability.
• Maintain and increase curriculum sales and ensure lesson systems function properly.
• Maintain the lesson and rehearsal schedules for the facility and perform additional duties as assigned.
