Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking a Lessons Lead to ensure an excellent customer and student experience in our Lessons facility.

You will drive sales of lesson and rehearsal packages, assist customers with inquiries, and provide tours of the Lessons space to showcase offerings. Responsibilities include managing lesson schedules, guiding instructors, maintaining curriculum sales, and ensuring smooth operations of scheduling systems while expanding enrollment and satisfaction for students and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction or related client-facing roles.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Increase the student count within the lesson program by driving and maintaining sales and promotional programs.
• Sell rehearsal space and lesson packages.
• Communicate with parents and students, ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate lesson schedules with instructors’ availability and scheduling needs.
• Provide guidance to instructors on schedules and curriculum delivery.
• Maintain and grow curriculum sales for the Lessons program.
• Ensure learning systems and scheduling software function correctly.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
