Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. seeks a Lessons Lead to ensure an exceptional experience for customers and students by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, answering questions, and guiding instructors through scheduling and tours of the Lessons facility.

You will drive student growth, coordinate schedules, and mentor staff while maintaining high service standards in a busy music-learning environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction or related roles.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Increase the student count within the lesson program by driving and maintaining sales and promotional programs.
• Sell rehearsal space and lesson packages to customers.
• Communicate with parents and students to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate lesson schedules with instructors and manage facility calendars.
• Provide guidance to instructors on schedules and curriculum.
• Maintain and grow curriculum sales and ensure systems run smoothly.
