You will partner with the Store Manager to achieve EBITDA, sales, and margin goals, manage staffing and training, oversee shipping/receiving, inventory, loss prevention, and pricing audits, and drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Delegation of routine and significant tasks with follow-up and accountability.
• Proactive identification of opportunities and issues and action.
• Clear written and verbal communication across levels.
• Strong organizational skills to manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to achieve EBITDA, sales, and margin goals.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and train operations associates.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and merchandise stocking.
• Maintain warehouse organization and facility upkeep.
• Oversee loss prevention, safety, inventory, and reporting.
• Conduct weekly signage and pricing audits to planograms.
