Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to join our retail team in Omaha. You will manage inventory tasks, ship and receive gear, and help merchandise products to create an engaging customer experience.

You will also handle cycle counts, signage placement, cash handling, and shrink awareness, contributing to a safe, efficient store operation and positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a loud retail environment and handle physical tasks.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks and cycle counting.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and items.
• Stocking and merchandising to planogram.
• Printing and placing signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash handling and shrink control.
