Job summary

Prevail Recruiting partners with a leading music retailer to staff a new Kansas City contact center. The full-time Customer Service Representatives will handle calls, emails, and chats, building rapport and resolving issues to ensure a positive buying experience.

No prior call center experience required; strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential. Training will cover products, systems, and customer experience.

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns from start to finish.
• Build rapport and create a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers with products, orders, gear, and accessories.
• Recommend additional products when appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Document interactions using Salesforce or similar systems.
• Develop knowledge of instruments, gear, products, and promotions.
