Anotherland, a dynamic record label and creative agency, seeks an experienced Financial Controller/Director of Finance to oversee financial operations across six entities. You will manage day-to-day finance, reporting, budgeting, and compliance with US GAAP and DSP revenue recognition.

• Proven knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition.
• CPA preferred and senior financial leadership experience.

Mansioni

• This role will own day-to-day financial operations of six entities.
• Support CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and industry regulations.
• Manage revenue recognition and royalty accounting for streaming DSPs.
• Develop and implement financial controls to improve efficiency.
• Monitor cash flow, AP/AR, and general ledger accounting.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams.
• Prepare financial statements, KPIs, and management reports.
• Contribute to strategic financial planning and investment analysis.
• Stay updated on digital music distribution and licensing trends.
• Lead and mentor finance staff in a fast-paced environment.
