Job summary

SoundExchange is offering a 10-week paid summer internship in Washington, DC (hybrid: in office Tuesdays & Wednesdays). The Communications intern will support social media research, creator profiling, copywriting, and content development across channels.

You will engage with leaders across the organization, gain practical experience in music tech communications, and deliver a final presentation at the program’s end. Housing stipend is provided and interns work 35–40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program; minimum 3.0 GPA, or equivalent.
• Demonstrates inclusivity, advocacy, and appreciation for diversity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Assist with building creator profiles and influencer research.
