Job summary

Complex is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Brand Management and Business Development. You will manage timelines, approvals, and assets across internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely launches and strong collaboration.

You’ll help track opportunities, prepare presentations, and keep the pipeline organized. This role offers exposure to licensing, product development, and go-to-market execution within a fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, brand management, licensing, business development, product development, marketing, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, approval rounds, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for live events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate licensed-product development from initial concept through production and launch.
• Build, maintain, and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project kickoffs and ensure internal teams receive deal terms, assets, style guides, and partner information.
• Track product concepts, artwork, packaging, samples, marketing materials, and other deliverables.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain approval trackers and ensure timely partner feedback and approvals.
• Support business-development pipeline with research, pitches, and opportunity summaries.
