South Mill Champs Mushrooms is seeking a harvesting associate to input container counts, verify weights and ensure order fulfillment. The role emphasizes accurate data entry in the I-Harvest system, strict adherence to safety standards, and early arrival to prepare harvesting areas.

Responsibilities include maintaining attendance records, inspecting containers for workmanship, and coordinating with Harvesting Management to complete all orders efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use the I-Harvest system accurately.
• Positive attitude and good listening skills are required.
• Able to take directions and follow through with tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate with Harvesting Management for days off.
• Must count containers and enter data accurately in the I-Harvest tablets.
• Ensure all containers are out of the house before lunch.
• Review containers for workmanship, weights, and correct sizing.
• Verify harvesting procedures by checking houses before moving to the next.
• Understand and enforce company safety and food safety standards.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to prepare harvesting area.
• Separate and stack mushroom containers by grade and size.
• Report any social or physical issues to Harvesting Management immediately.
• Place picking tickets in each container and ensure all orders are complete.
