Marquette University’s Haggerty Museum of Art seeks a Visitor Experience and Events Coordinator to manage visitor reception, admissions, and policy enforcement on a Saturday‑heavy schedule. You will coordinate events, supervise student attendants, and handle rentals, memberships, and daily operations with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in customer service, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and orient all Museum visitors and groups.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise student Gallery Attendants.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and monitor safety, temperature, and humidity.
• Sell museum merchandise, memberships, and event tickets.
