Job summary

The McNay Art Museum seeks a part-time Visitor Experience & Rentals Associate to greet visitors, manage admissions and memberships, and support event rentals. Ideal candidates will have at least two years in customer service, strong cash handling skills, and ability to work flexible day and evening hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service.
• Event planning and execution experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and cash handling skills.
• Able to work rotating day/evening/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary front-desk contact for visitors, members, and rental clients.
• Monitor guest feedback and report findings to supervisor.
• Inform visitors about admissions, memberships, and promotions.
• Upsell memberships and convey policy details to clients and vendors.
• Process on-site payments for photography and rentals; issue receipts.
