Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Jerry Falwell Museum Assistant for part-time work. You will staff the reception desk, provide visitor tours, and assist with cataloging and preservations of museum collections.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student in good academic standing.
• Federal Work Study approved preferred.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and push carts weighing up to 250 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Staff the museum reception desk and provide outstanding customer service and tours to visitors.
• Assist Curator with organizing, arranging, and maintaining the JFM collections on exhibit and in storage.
• Enter data into databases (including MS Excel) and manage digital files.
• Travel to local/campus locations as needed and support administrative tasks.
