Liberty University is seeking a part-time Student Worker Assistant for the Jerry Falwell Library. You will deliver excellent customer service at service desks, assist patrons with directions, research, and basic computer questions, and provide light tech support.

The role requires reliability for scheduled hours, adherence to the dress code, and professional conduct. The position reports to the Learning Commons Manager and Customer Service Supervisors, with duties across departments as needed.

Qualificações

• Current student in good academic standing required.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred; one year of college education preferred.
• Federal Work Study approved preferred.
• Second language proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service at the Jerry Falwell Library service desks.
• Answer basic directional, research, and computer/technical questions from library customers.
• Provide basic technology assistance by troubleshooting computers and printers; help keep printer supplies stocked.
• Assist with general duties such as hourly counts, directions, and maintaining a clean, quiet study environment.
