Job summary

Fallingwater, a property entrusted to the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy, is seeking a full-time Museum Store Inventory and E-Commerce Coordinator to manage inventory and process e-commerce orders at Fallingwater.

Reporting to the Museum Store Assistant Manager, this role involves receiving shipments, labeling stock, and coordinating deliveries across the site while maintaining accurate records and providing customer service for online orders.

Qualifications

• Experience with receiving and handling shipments.
• Stockroom experience in a retail setting.
• Experience with computers and POS systems are required.
• Experience with Shopify platform is helpful.
• Must have exceptional organization skills and be accurate with details.
• Must possess professional customer service and communication skills.
• Must be a team player and work well with others.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must meet all physical requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments and deliveries to departments across the site.
• Verify incoming inventory against documents and report discrepancies.
• Process ecommerce orders and returns via Lightspeed.
• Maintain ecommerce storage area and notify management when stock is low.
• Use company van to transport deliveries and merchandise onsite and offsite.
• Provide customer service and act as liaison for ecommerce orders and shipping requests.
• Maintain records for ecommerce orders, shipments, and damage claims.
