Job summary

Culver Academies seeks a Retail Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory systems for Culver Eagle Outfitters Store, the Museum & Gift Shop, the Woodcraft Store, and the integrated e-commerce platform. You will ensure inventory accuracy across retail locations and online channels while supporting daily store operations.

The role requires experience with Excel, inventory accounting, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with Shopify is desired.
• Strong aptitude for numbers, inventory accounting and safe cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accuracy across all store locations and online channels.
• Manage daily merchandise receiving and enter into inventory management systems (POS, e-commerce, accounting).
• Maintain accuracy through cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Oversee online store (Shopify) product setup, updates, and imagery; manage orders, shipping, and returns.
