Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to visitors, staff and volunteers.
• Perform routine patrols of galleries, exterior doors, laboratories, and secure areas.
• Assist with crowd control during exhibitions and events.
• Maintain communication with the Command Center and report security concerns.
• Identify potential security risks and handle high-stress situations effectively.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and work with minimal supervision.
