Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience in museum or cultural institution, call center, security or emergency environment.
• Experience with radio communication, access control, and CAD. Proficiency with computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and respond to incidents in real-time.
• Maintain an up-to-date daily event log and report safety issues.
• Coordinate with Police, Fire and EMS as needed.
• Lead and mentor security staff on shift.
• Operate the CAD system and security software.
