Job summary

The Receptionist is the primary point of contact for visitors at the Resurrection! Center at Christ Cathedral, handling check-in, ticketing support, and guest inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.

This part-time role (15-20 hours per week) requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends to support museum programs while upholding the mission of the Catholic Church.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in, ticketing, and entry questions.
• Respond to phone calls and guest emails as assigned.
• Look up orders, assist with reschedules and refunds, and resolve ticketing issues utilizing our ticketing system.
• Provide clear wayfinding and set expectations for entry times and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records when collecting guest information for rescheduling or follow-up.
• Escalate complex issues to the Shift Lead or management when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
