Job summary

The Indiana University Bloomington Eskenazi Museum of Art is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet visitors and ensure a positive museum experience. You will work in galleries, at guest services desks, and exterior spaces, delivering outstanding service while enforcing guidelines and policies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in a related field. The role is part-time, up to 29 hours per week, with shifts during fall, spring, and summer, and

• Some prior experience in a related field.
• Outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of visitors.

Responsibilities

• Interact with every guest to ensure a positive, welcoming experience.
• Work in galleries, guest services desks, and exterior spaces per guidelines.
• May assist at EMA Security monitoring station as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
