Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Museum Studies, Art, Art History, Science, Social Science, Business, Education, Child Development or related field.
• Good (1 - 3 years) customer service, office clerical, cash handling, and/or public contact work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor museums and Guest Experience Associates; oversee opening/closing and related activities.
• Assist with training, supervising, and evaluating part‑time staff, volunteers, and interns.
• Coordinate room set‑ups and transitions; support admissions, group visits, classes, and programs enrollments.
• Serve as primary contact during emergencies and maintain gallery safety and security.
