Job summary

The Museum of Fine Arts Houston (MFAH) is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Guest Services Ambassador to warmly greet visitors and support ticketing, reservations, and membership services. You will help manage entrance flow during busy periods and share knowledge about current exhibits and collections.

Responsibilities include assisting with guest resources, following museum policies, and participating in museum briefings.

Qualifications

• Must greet and assist guests with a welcoming environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work varied hours.
• Experience in museum, retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Fluency in more than one language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell or reserve tickets and memberships.
• Assist with entrance flow and line management.
• Distribute maps, schedules and tour materials.
• Follow MFAH safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff briefings about art and exhibitions.
