Job summary

The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield, IL, is seeking friendly, customer-service oriented individuals to join our gift shop team. You will greet visitors, assist with purchases, answer questions, and guide customers to products of interest.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and provide friendly service.
• Guide customers to products of interest and answer related inquiries.
• Process payments using the point-of-sale system and make change.
• Restock displays and maintain labeling per standards.
• Open and close the shop as needed.
