Honolulu Museum of Art is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee daily maintenance of the campus facilities and grounds. You will lead housekeeping, engineering, and campus services while advancing a proactive, data-driven maintenance program using CMMS and BAS technologies.

You will collaborate with the Facilities Manager on renovations, capital projects, and environment controls to ensure safety, reliability, and a welcoming visitor experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• A professional credential (CFM, FMP, PMP) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Valid driver's license.
• Five years of progressively responsible facilities operations experience.
• Three years of supervisory or management experience leading maintenance, custodial, or operations staff.
• Experience with building systems (MEP, life safety, roofing, etc.), budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
• Working knowledge of safety practices, codes, CMMS, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, environmental control, life safety, building envelope, and structural systems.
• Monitor BAS, environmental monitoring systems, and facility performance indicators.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, repairs, and testing of facility infrastructure.
• Document equipment adjustments and system changes per procedures.
• Support long-term reliability via preventive maintenance scheduling and lifecycle planning.
