Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus seven years of related experience, including three in a supervisory role.
• Municipal facilities management experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily facility operations and maintenance.
• Coordinates construction, HVAC, plumbing, and related services.
• Manages budgets, forecasts expenses, and prepares monthly reports.
