Qualifikationen

• Graduation from high school or equivalent with seven years in a related field, including supervisory experience.
• Experience in facilities/maintenance operations and budgeting within a municipal environment is preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial data, manage contracts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Supervise skilled staff across building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and custodial operations.
• Ensure services comply with COA policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
• Develop budgets for operating and capital expenses and monitor performance against plans.
• Coordinate with divisions and vendors, including SLA enforcement and vendor management.
• Lead safety culture and maintain systematic processes for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present monthly reports and long-range facility plans.
