Job summary
Brushy Creek MUD, located in Round Rock, Texas, seeks an experienced District Project Manager to lead multifaceted construction and rehabilitation projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate with the GM, Board, committees, and departments to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and standards.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, City and Regional Planning, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend plans and technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop schedules, cost estimates, and status reports for projects.
- Oversee contract documents, plans, and pay applications; update as needed.
- Review contracts and change orders; assist with selecting service providers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders through meetings with GM, Board, committees.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and ADA requirements in design and construction.
- Prepare project close-out documentation.
- Collaborate with Purchasing to prepare RFP/RFQ documents and purchase orders.
