Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of progressively responsible experience in civil engineering, utility infrastructure, municipal capital projects, construction management, construction inspection, or project management.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Project Management Professional certification is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage municipal infrastructure projects across water, wastewater, drainage, transportation, and parks.
• Oversee projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, closeout, and warranty to ensure completion within approved scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, utility providers, property owners, and City departments to support delivery of the City’s capital improvement program.
• Ensure delivery aligns with City standards, contract requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Ongoing oversight of projects to maintain quality and compliance.
