Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications or related field, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of HR experience with recruitment or benefits administration.
• Experience supporting recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees and managers at all levels.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and benefits enrollment processes.
• Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures.
• Maintain HRIS records, personnel files, and compliance documentation.
• Support employee engagement, training coordination, and HR reporting.
• Successfully manage multiple assignments, interruptions, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
