Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, MIS, or related field.
• Four years of progressive IT project management experience.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and documenting requirements.
• PMP or CAPM and IT certifications preferred but not required.
• Background screening and bondability required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT liaison for city departments, evaluating requests and coordinating resources.
• Plan and manage IT projects from initiation to closeout, including schedules and milestones.
• Communicate technology initiatives to nontechnical audiences and ensure security considerations.
• Coordinate with the IT service provider, vendors, and city leadership to keep projects moving.
• Maintain and organize technology records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with city policies and information security standards.
