The IT Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage Information Technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. They will be given the opportunity to learn and grow while handling a variety of tasks to support the IT Department and the business. This team member must demonstrate effective customer communication abilities, analytical thinking, and business decision making in many facets of their daily tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manages assigned IT Projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed by, providing status updates to impacted stakeholders.
• Collaborates with developers, business users, and support teams to expedite issue resolution.
• Verify fixes and conducts regression testing prior to production deployment.
• Proactively participates in and/or leads team efforts to achieve Departmental/ Company goals and objectives
• Support or lead IT and/or major process initiatives
• Execute ad hoc projects, as required

• Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform preferred
• Understanding of core Business Intelligence (BI)/data warehousing technology
• Ability to use AI-assisted technologies to enhance reporting, documentation, analysis, and project management activities
• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Engineering or Information Technology preferred
• At least 3 – 5 years Industry experience or demonstrated academic achievement preferred
