Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field (II)
• EIT certificate required (II) or PE license (III)
• Professional Engineer license (PE) and 5 years’ experience (III)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple facility-related projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Prepare and review designs, plans, specs and scopes of work for municipal buildings.
• Administer contracts, monitor performance, oversee change orders, maintain records.
