Job summary

RETTEW is seeking an experienced Municipal Client Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients. The role leads infrastructure and community projects, coordinating with municipal officials and RETTEW's multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions.

The position requires a PE license, a civil/Environmental engineering background, and experience managing public-sector projects. This hybrid Lancaster, PA role involves evening meetings and client travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Active PE license in Pennsylvania or eligible by comity.
• Significant experience managing municipal engineering projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary engineering representative and trusted advisor for municipal clients.
• Lead municipal engineering and infrastructure projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
